Something wrong with your Heretro order? Tell our support team what happened so we can review it with you.

This form sends an order issue to Heretro support. For shipment updates, use Track Order.

What to include

  • Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • A clear description of the issue, such as a missing shipment, a damaged item or an incorrect personalization.
  • How you would like us to help.

Use a subject such as Order issue — #12345. If you need to share photos, email them with your order number to contact@heretro.com.
