Pay for your Heretro jersey with a credit or debit card through Stripe, or choose PayPal at checkout. Review your customization, delivery address and order total before paying.

Accepted payment methods

Heretro accepts card payments processed by Stripe and payments through PayPal. Supported cards, such as Visa and Mastercard, depend on the options available for your order. Choose a method shown at checkout and follow the payment provider’s instructions.

Your bank or payment provider may ask you to complete an additional verification step. A payment must be successfully authorized before the order can proceed.

Currency and the final order total

Product prices are listed in USD. Checkout shows the items in your cart, any applied discount, shipping charges and any applicable taxes before you submit payment. The total displayed at checkout is the amount to review before placing your order.

If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees. Those charges are determined by that provider.

Billing information and order confirmation

Enter accurate billing details and use the email address where you want to receive order updates. Check the selected jersey, size, name, number and delivery address before completing payment. After placing an order, check your confirmation email and keep your order number for future questions.

If you notice a mistake, email contact@heretro.com immediately. Corrections and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been confirmed, especially after production or dispatch.

Payment information and privacy

Stripe handles the card payment flow, and PayPal handles its own payment flow. Information submitted to those services is subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy policy. Heretro uses billing, delivery and order details to process your purchase and provide support.

Enter payment details only through checkout or the payment provider’s authorized page. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or account passwords by email or SMS. Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is used.

Declined payments or checkout errors

If payment is declined, review the message displayed, check your billing details and complete any verification requested by your provider. You can try another method offered at checkout or contact your bank or payment provider for help.

If you are unsure whether an order went through, check your confirmation email and contact us before placing another order. Include your order number, if available, and a brief description of the issue without sensitive payment details.

Approved refunds

Refund eligibility, exchanges and return fees are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method: Stripe for card payments or PayPal for PayPal payments. The provider or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.
