Copyright & DMCA Notice

Heretro respects copyright. If you own a copyrighted work, or are authorized to act for its owner, you can report material on Heretro.com that you believe infringes that copyright.

Submit a copyright notice

Email contact@heretro.com with the subject “Copyright notice — Heretro.com”. Include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list for multiple works.
  3. The material complained of and its exact Heretro.com URL, so we can locate it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Review and counter-notices

We review notices and may remove or disable access to reported material and notify its provider. Repeat infringement may lead to discontinued access.

If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, its provider may send a signed counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location. Include a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, your name, address and phone number, consent to the appropriate U.S. federal district court’s jurisdiction, and agreement to accept service from the complainant or its agent.

We may forward a counter-notice to the original complainant. Under the applicable DMCA process, access may be restored after 10–14 business days unless we receive notice of a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
