Heretro currently ships within the United States. Review the shipping estimate and charge shown for your delivery address at checkout before placing your order.

Processing your custom jersey

Processing time depends on the jersey and personalization selected. Check the product description for any item-specific information. Holiday demand can increase processing time.

Shipping options and charges

We offer free standard shipping and a paid express shipping option. The options offered for your address and any express shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping options and charges update for the delivery address entered at checkout. Express shipping charges may increase with the number of items in your order. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if you need a jersey for a particular date.

Tracking your delivery

When your order ships, we email its tracking information. Follow the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to see the carrier’s updates. Tracking may take time to appear or refresh after the carrier receives the package.

Order changes and delivery addresses

A confirmed order cannot be guaranteed to be changed or canceled. If you notice an incorrect size, personalization detail or address, email contact@heretro.com immediately with your order number. We will check whether a correction is still possible before production or dispatch.

Missing or returned packages

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find your parcel, check the delivery address and contact the carrier. If the problem continues, email us with your order number and tracking details so we can help investigate.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, contact us to confirm the correct address. We reship orders returned to sender at no additional cost.
