These terms govern your use of Heretro.com and the information, products and services offered through the website. “Heretro”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this store.

Card payments are processed through Stripe, and PayPal payments are processed through PayPal. Available methods and your final order total are shown at checkout. The relevant provider’s terms apply to its payment flow. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to our return policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Heretro and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and service providers harmless from third-party claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of law or another party’s rights.

15. Severability

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed or limited to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions remain effective.

These terms apply until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the service. We may terminate or deny access if we determine or suspect a breach. Obligations and amounts due before termination remain applicable.
